Not sure what's going on with me lately, but all I want to do is craft. I "think" it's a way for me to distract myself...from what, I'm not sure. I've been playing tag with my blog contact and host company and it's got me all flustered, so maybe it's that. Maybe it's the lack of backyard and feeling a bit of cabin fever. Maybe it's the the housework and needs around the home. Maybe it's nothing. Whatever it is, I'm crafting up a storm. My Wee-Me dolls and now, these little crocheted animals. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy doing it, but geesh...this is nuts.
I may as well share my latest creation, made for a friend of mine.
I don't want you you think that I'm spending eons on these, they are really quick. I'm all about instant gratification and if they were complicated, I totally would not put forth the effort. If you know how to crochet, or just have the will to learn, these little animals would be the perfect project for you!
I no longer have the kit, but still do have the book that goes with the kit.
If you want the book, I will send it to the first person that responds that they want it. Again...it's JUST the book and the cover on the one I have is slightly different, but all the other stuff can be found easily and inexpensively at WalMart or craft store.
OMG! I love the stacked owls in the tree. Those are so cute and it's a great shot!

Love these owls! And I'd love the book! I haven't quite been able to master the whole knitting thing, so I figured I'd give crochet a try. My mom keeps telling me that it's a bit easier.

Those are so cute! I've been such a lurker lately but I saw those "creepy" ones that someone else posted and if you ever do some of those I would totally buy a ton of them. :)
