This year I'm really going to focus on my marketing and packaging. I've been thinking and thinking and thinking and was just not coming up with anything affordable and creative. There's lots of terrific stuff out there, from some dynamic companies, but it was not screaming "Heather" to me. So...I decided to take matters into my own hand.
If you've seen my logo for my photography, you know that daisies are part of my brand. I have always loved them. They were all over my wedding and I even have a clown alter-ego named after the innocent and youthful flower. I wanted to incorporate them somehow into my packaging, rather than just on a business card.
I bought this book.
I am SO excited! I am going to make daisies from these looms and then, wrap my packages with yarn and flowers. I'll still use the ever affordable kraft paper underneath, so it will have a very earthy/organic feel. i'll even use eco-friendly yarn and tissue paper so I can be considered "green."
I promise to post a few pictures when I complete a package, but in the meantime, just try and picture it alongside me and I think you'll agree, it fits me perfectly!
I think this is so you oh and I would like to request a flower...your love is daisy mine is sunflower so can you please make me a sunflower?

Alright Ms. Heather, I'm trying my best to patiently wait for a picture of a finished product. Due to my busy schedule, I have not had time to craft in a while. Thus, I'm living vicariously through you. Can't wait to see one! I'm sure they'll be darling & perfect for what you have in mind (maybe for a baby shower gift decoration too...ok, now I'm jealous)!
